Spiritual direction is a practice of meeting 1 on 1 to explore the movement of God in your life. As a spiritual director I offer you space, practices, and guiding questions that help you in your spiritual life as you discern, process, heal, and grow. Ultimately, I believe it is the Holy Spirit that does the leading in your life and spiritual direction is one way to cultivate a quiet and safe space to tend to the deepest parts of yourself and how God desires to meet you there.

Spiritual direction is a process of deep listening and reflection, where you can share your experiences, ask questions, and explore your relationship with the divine. I offer a non-judgmental, compassionate, affirming and supportive environment to all.

I received 2 years of training in the work and art of spiritual direction through the NC Institute of Spiritual Direction and Formation. I have worked on staff at a Christian church and also work in the field of education. My faith background has been in the Protestant Christian tradition.

I typically meet with directees once a month. The fee for a 1 hr. session  follows a sliding scale of $50-$100 to make it a sustainable practice for most.  For your convenience I accept payment through Venmo or Paypal.  I want this service to be accessible to all so if the cost is a hindrance, please reach out and we can talk more about your needs.
